Name: Septrani Galib
NIM: 1801413281

We continued our duty by cleaning up the areas around Anggrek Campus (Basement, Canteen, Admission, and Level-1). Found out there were so many rubbish around the areas. It was raining at the moment, so we had to do push the water to the lower level. Here are some footage:

1. Basement

2. Canteen

3. Admission

4. Level-1

We will be having the cleaning service at the next Tuesday, April 14, 2015.

CB: Sanitation Socialization (Project: Day 2)

Name: Septrani Galib
NIM: 1801413281

We received a project from our college to do a sanitation socialization (under Teach For Indonesia management) at BTJM (Batagor Jepang Takashimura). It is located near Syahdan Campus, Binus University. Our duty is to socialize the sanitation and cleanliness in the shop. We came for the second time to BJTM and did some cleaning and tidied up the inner room. Here are some photos which were taken on the second day of socialization (Saturday, March 21).

The table must be clean so the customer will eat well

Hmmm such a messy room, huh?

Put things onto its proper place

Yay! We've finished cleaning!!! ^^

The day passed with tidying up each edge of the store. We also didn't forget to remind the waiters to keep the store clean and tidy. We thanked the owner of BJTM for giving us an opportunity to do our duty here.

The shop itself was quite clean already so we didn't do much on cleaning. However, we didn't forget to remind the waiters to keep the shop's cleanliness and sanitation. We decided to visit the shop on next Saturday (March 21, 2015)

WHAT?

she's not less crazy
than those aggressive
mental deranged gonzo in the asylum
unlike those raving mad hatters
she's free
locked up in her own dimension
fuck the world
and its one-sided judges and justice
no one beseems to tell her what to do
or that she's behaving inappropriate
screw them

Thanks God I've Found You

I just feel so thankful for being deeply loved. 'Cause for all this time, I always thought I was worthless. No one was ever seriously wanted me. They always took me for granted. Never valued me. Treated me like their doll, hurt me like I had no feeling. That's why I come out colder now and speak less.
But he makes me feel worthy and loved. He treats me like I want to be treated by a gentleman. We both may be young, have less experience in relationship, but I do feel so comfortable in love with him. He respects me, my decision, he supports me. He just knows me for weeks but it feels like he has gone through inside me, knowing all goods and flaws I have. I'm not perfect, and he knows it. I have too many flaws and not so confident to show myself. I don't know if he could accept me for who I am or not in the future, but I hope he will. Because it takes so much courage, for me, to trust myself, my heart to someone. Because I'm scared to be hurt again, I'm scared I'd turn to someone I don't want to be.
And I think I never had someone loved me as he loves me in my entire life. Of course, I had people loved me before, but I never felt this kind of love, this is just too hard to be explained. I just feel so thankful.

THE POWER OF PRAYER (part 2)

"Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a something that's meant to come."

My family just went through a huge problem few days ago. It's just like my life has crumbled into pieces when I knew it. To be honest, I've never faced this kind of problem in my entire life. And I was the only one who supposed to be stronger than anyone in my family. My mother was stuck, depressed, at the edge of the cliff, and she couldn't even think straight anymore. And she decided to jump. She took three pills of aspirin and ended up hurting all over her body. My sister was only 14. And of course she went to school. How could she manage to get herself up to school while leaving my mom at home with tons of medicines that could kill her? She got stressed. And I lived faraway from home. No one could look for her.
My father was so disappointed with my mother, so he just locked himself in my previous room and slept there. He just went out to drive my sister to school. I rarely talked to him, that's why I didn't know how he felt on that moment. I was with my mom via phone all the time, to make sure that she's okay and didn't do something foolish.
The first day hearing about that problem, about my mother who has given up everything, I was mentally broke down. I kept saying to God to protect her because I couldn't be there. I kept in faith, told myself that He is still here with me, that He will always be by my side. He'll never leave me, in any condition, because I'm His child. My sister called me and cried the entire phone call. I told her to pray and be calm because she's the only one who could save our mother. I put down the phone and went to pray. Pray and pray. Because I believe a prayer works. God works through prayer. And I made a promise, I would write this story up to this site. So the first day went by like that...
The second day went by without any bad things but suddenly the third day came and it was today. My sister just called me and she was cheerful already, so we talked about light topics. And then my mother took the phone and she's cheerful too. AMAZINGLY, GOD WORKS. I don't know, this is just amazing, you know. I REALLY NEED HIS HELP AND HE'S ALWAYS THERE! So I just want people to see his amazing works through my life. It's like there's this kind of problem to make me stronger and also inspire people. I want people to feel GOD in their life. To feel His presence.

So, guys, I want you to PRAY. To keep in FAITH. Don't give up. When you think there's no answer, keep PRAYING. He will definitely answer. Just remember that NO is also an answer. He will answer your prayer in the exact time. He won't harm you. Because you are His precious. God bless you.

"YOU are where you're SUPPOSED to be at this very moment. Every EXPERIENCE is part of God's DIVINE PLAN."

THE POWER OF PRAYER

I always believe at the power of prayer. When we are in need, we can always come to Him. A lot of things happen in our life and we cannot refuse that we need him, that we can't stand alone.
So this happened to me two days ago. I got my neck strain in the morning and okay you guys may think that this is a small case but for me this is crucial because it's really bothering me when I was working (because I have to sit like 4 hours straight). I tried to reduce its pain by massaging it but it didn't work at all. So yeah my mood was kinda bad throughout the day... That night before I slept, as usual I went to pray. It didn't work at first so I just laid myself to sleep. But it kept hurting me so much that I decided to pray one more time. I put my right hand onto my neck and prayed. First time, nothing happened. Second time, the same. And the third time, I felt something like wind or cooling sensation tingling all over my neck, and it feels so cozy that I fell asleep. Guess what? I woke up with no pain at all! WOW! And I was just like, this is amazing, and I told my roommate about this, and she also cheered over God's work.
The point of sharing this experience is I want people to have faith, to believe, that a prayer does work! It may not be answered right at the moment, but God will answer in the exact time. Your life is His, He won't betray you. He know what is the best for you. He know when is the exact time to fulfill your needs! Keep in faith and believe in the power of prayer! God bless you!
