THE POWER OF PRAYER (part 2)

"Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a something that's meant to come."

My family just went through a huge problem few days ago. It's just like my life has crumbled into pieces when I knew it. To be honest, I've never faced this kind of problem in my entire life. And I was the only one who supposed to be stronger than anyone in my family. My mother was stuck, depressed, at the edge of the cliff, and she couldn't even think straight anymore. And she decided to jump. She took three pills of aspirin and ended up hurting all over her body. My sister was only 14. And of course she went to school. How could she manage to get herself up to school while leaving my mom at home with tons of medicines that could kill her? She got stressed. And I lived faraway from home. No one could look for her.
My father was so disappointed with my mother, so he just locked himself in my previous room and slept there. He just went out to drive my sister to school. I rarely talked to him, that's why I didn't know how he felt on that moment. I was with my mom via phone all the time, to make sure that she's okay and didn't do something foolish.
The first day hearing about that problem, about my mother who has given up everything, I was mentally broke down. I kept saying to God to protect her because I couldn't be there. I kept in faith, told myself that He is still here with me, that He will always be by my side. He'll never leave me, in any condition, because I'm His child. My sister called me and cried the entire phone call. I told her to pray and be calm because she's the only one who could save our mother. I put down the phone and went to pray. Pray and pray. Because I believe a prayer works. God works through prayer. And I made a promise, I would write this story up to this site. So the first day went by like that...
The second day went by without any bad things but suddenly the third day came and it was today. My sister just called me and she was cheerful already, so we talked about light topics. And then my mother took the phone and she's cheerful too. AMAZINGLY, GOD WORKS. I don't know, this is just amazing, you know. I REALLY NEED HIS HELP AND HE'S ALWAYS THERE! So I just want people to see his amazing works through my life. It's like there's this kind of problem to make me stronger and also inspire people. I want people to feel GOD in their life. To feel His presence.

So, guys, I want you to PRAY. To keep in FAITH. Don't give up. When you think there's no answer, keep PRAYING. He will definitely answer. Just remember that NO is also an answer. He will answer your prayer in the exact time. He won't harm you. Because you are His precious. God bless you.

THE POWER OF PRAYER

I always believe at the power of prayer. When we are in need, we can always come to Him. A lot of things happen in our life and we cannot refuse that we need him, that we can't stand alone.
So this happened to me two days ago. I got my neck strain in the morning and okay you guys may think that this is a small case but for me this is crucial because it's really bothering me when I was working (because I have to sit like 4 hours straight). I tried to reduce its pain by massaging it but it didn't work at all. So yeah my mood was kinda bad throughout the day... That night before I slept, as usual I went to pray. It didn't work at first so I just laid myself to sleep. But it kept hurting me so much that I decided to pray one more time. I put my right hand onto my neck and prayed. First time, nothing happened. Second time, the same. And the third time, I felt something like wind or cooling sensation tingling all over my neck, and it feels so cozy that I fell asleep. Guess what? I woke up with no pain at all! WOW! And I was just like, this is amazing, and I told my roommate about this, and she also cheered over God's work.
The point of sharing this experience is I want people to have faith, to believe, that a prayer does work! It may not be answered right at the moment, but God will answer in the exact time. Your life is His, He won't betray you. He know what is the best for you. He know when is the exact time to fulfill your needs! Keep in faith and believe in the power of prayer! God bless you!
