Woke up and drank a lot of water (I'm dehydrated). Had my detox water. Got a glass of greek yogurt with strawberries for breakfast. Hit the gym at 8. Did cardios for 40 mins and 2 sets of sit up and 30s of plank. COUNTED CALS: 113 cals

Went shopping with mommy and came back with lots of veggies so I had an idea to make a veggie soup. Here is the recipe. It contains 330 cals.
Had a banana and peanut butter on toast for mid-day snack. COUNTED CALS: 343 cals.
I made a mixed tuna and green peas for dinner. Fried them with olive oil. COUNTED CALS: 282.5 cals.
I didn't do any exercise tonight because I got PMS and not feeling well on my tummy. I also didn't take my night detox today.

I woke up at 7 this morning because of the 'Body Language' class at the gym. Slept for about 7 hours which is not healthy because I have to sleep 8 hours (not less not more). I drank up my weight loss detox liquid (which I've shared in another post) and had a bowl of oatmeal. I put in 250ml of low-fat milk into it. COUNTED CALS: 234 cals
I hit the gym at 8.30 and decided to do cardios instead of 'Body Language' because it's too crowded and my friend didn't want to do it. So we just doubled the cardios and did sit-ups, crunch, and plank. After that, we went to sauna for 10 mins. I forgot to count the cals I burned this morning :(
We went home at 12.30. I took a Fitbar I bought yesterday and ate it as post workout snack. One serving of Fitbar contains 110 cals. I had 1/2 bowl of white rice for lunch with luncheon meat and bitter gourd. Since my muscles needed to be repaired so eating protein was essential. COUNTED CALS: 352 cals
I made a energizing melon smoothie (the recipe will be shared soon) for my mid-day snack. Cals per serving: 197.28 cals
DINNER TIME! YEAY! I didn't need to be so strict here since my body would also burn fat when I sleep later (that's why we got our abdomen flat in the next morning). So I had the same meal with lunch but without bitter gourd. I substituted my veggies need with spicy nori (seaweed sheet). COUNTED CALS: 193 cals
I ended up my day with 1 set of crunch (1 set = 15 times) and running up down through the stairs for 4 times. I just had my weight loss detox liquid for the night.

I decided to log in foods I ate and exercise I did today to get a review in the end of my day. Since I was out of fruits this morning, so I went to school for breakfast. (I should have eaten oatmeal & banana) I bought a piece of bread with so many cheddar cheese in it. I didn't regret buying it because I got an empty stomach and...A BIG TEST in front of me! Breakfast was so necessary this morning! (Well it's necessary all the time, I guess) CALS: 246 cals
9.30 AM: My stomach was growling like a hungry wolf so I decided to buy something to eat. RICE everywhere! (Since I live in Indonesia, rice cannot be set apart from us). So I just bought a lunchbox and ate half of the rice. I finished the tempe and veggie stir-fry and also the fried chicken which I regretted SO SO MUCH! CALS: 479.25 cals
I went back from school at 1 PM and prepared myself to meet my girls at local mall. I got a bowl of bean curd without any toppings or sugar added for my mid-day meal. After a very long walk and never-ended(?) shopping, we went back at 6 PM. Mom told me to eat rice so I just took 1/4 bowl of rice, tofu soup, few chunks of chicken breast, and lettuce. CALS: 364 cals
To close the day, I made a glass of detox drink which recipe will be shared later. No exercise today because of the examination and girls day out. But I think by walking for about 3 hours straight at the mall could be considered as exercise since we're moving around a lot lol :p
